What is the ATADA Seller's Guarantee?
The Members of ATADA shall guarantee the authenticity of all objects that they offer, as represented, to the best of their professional knowledge and belief. On request, they shall provide written copies for buyers of the ATADA Guarantee or a substantially similarly worded written guarantee.
Will there be a "preview" for ATADA members?
No. There will not be a preview available prior to the scheduled launch date/time.
How do I purchase an item from the online show?
All purchases will be handled directly by the seller. An email link and phone number will be listed with each item.
Do I contact ATADA or the Seller with questions about an item?
Please direct all questions about an item to the Seller. An email link and phone number for the Seller will be listed with each item.
When is the best time to contact a Seller?
We recommend that you call during the Seller's normal business hours. The Seller's location will be listed with each item. Of course, you may email the Seller at anytime.
Can I see an item in person?
The item may be on view in the dealer's gallery. Contact the dealer for more info.
Will items be available after the close of the online show?
Once the online show closes, the gallery will no longer be available on the ATADA website. We urge you to contact the Seller while the show is online.
