Navajo Textile Missing from Santa Fe Gallery, September, 2007
The following item is missing from Shiprock Santa Fe as of Friday, September 14, 2007. We believe it was taken sometime after August 20, 2007.
It is a small Navajo pictorial textile measuring 28″ x 33″ by Hilda Begay. Circa 1960s – 1970s. Wool: handspun natural; grey, white brown, four-ply; blue, black, red, turquoise, dark brown, green, pink and taupe.
