STOLEN - A Collection of Native American Art

The following items have been reported stolen from a residence in Albuquerque, NM.
The items were taken between November 2019 and March 2021.

  1. Wedding Vase (Jemez) - Artist unknown. Jemez wedding vase maybe 18 inches high, with a lovely design and a skilled coil.

  2. Ceramic - Lizard Bowl (Zuni) by Noreen Simplicio - 7" diameter x 3.5" tall 

  3. Ceramic - Hopi Lizard Design Pot by Sylvia Naha "Feather Woman" - 5.75" tall x 5" high 

  4. Ceramic - Incised Pottery by Thomas Polacca (Hopi) - 5.5" tall x 5" diameter 

  5. Ceramic - "Guess Who" by Lawrence Namoki (Hopi) - 2 3/8" W x 2 3/8" T 

  6. Weaving Pictorial by Sarah Hosten from Crownpoint NM 12" x 11.5" 

  7. Navajo Rug by Mae Johnson. 33" x 56" Brown/White Double Weave. Purchased 1989 at Crown Point Auction. 

  8. Navajo Rug by Sandra Taylor. 25" x 25" Monument Valley Pictoral. Purchased 1991 at Crown Point Auction. 

  9. Painting by Valjean McCarty Hessing. 6.75" x 6.25" Title "Owl-Bird." Medium Gouache. 

  10. Steel Sculpture by Doug Weigel. "Cricket" 30" high.
